Every rental includes comprehensive insurance coverage for damage and loss, ensuring peace of mind throughout your journey. A 10% deposit of the bike's value is required upon the first payment, which is promptly refunded when the bike is returned. Renticy adds a service charge to monthly payments, covering its Renticy Protect services, which handle costs, order, and payment management. Renticy Protect also includes 24/7 support, ensuring assistance is always available, and covers insurance for your rental bike, making your electric bike experience convenient, secure, and flexible.
