DISPATCH & SHIPPING 

Torque Electric offers delivery across United Kingdom on selected eBikes. The bike will have a PDI (pre delivery inspection) after the order is placed, you will then be notified via email or phone that the bike is ready for dispatch. Delivery typically takes 2-5 days from dispatch to customer.

At Torque Electric we believe every bike should be assembled correctly by a professional so that you, a valued customer, have the peace of mind that the bike is safe and ready to ride. As mentioned the bike will be built and inspected prior to shipping, it will then be returned to the original packaging before being collected for delivery. We then recommend a professional to rebuild or health check the bike once assembled by you the customer to ensure the bike is safe to ride and you have are within your manufacturing warranty rights. 

Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the following week.

For other orders including accessory products, we use a range of couriers depending on the product and your location.  Delivery is typically 2-5 days from when we dispatch.
